About Me...
I grew up in Deep Creek Lake, Maryland which is only two hours south of Pittsburgh. I left the small town life in 1994 as I started my undergraduate studies at Coastal Carolina University, South Carolina. I graduated in 1997 with a Bachelor of Science in Marine Science, minoring in Mathematics. I met my husband in SC and in 1998 we left for the Cleveland area for job opportunities. I began working at SeaWorld Ohio as an animal trainer. I worked for SeaWorld and Six Flags until 2004 when I worked to complete my teaching license at Notre Dame College, Lydhurst. I began my teaching experience at Nordonia in 2006 and am so very glad to be here. I love this district and feel very very lucky to work with such amazing students, peers, and families! |
